Terms & Conditions

PRE-ORDER RULES:
In order to participate in our pre-order, you must follow our policy guidelines and understand the following:
Please read ALL of the following before making your order.

1. FULL Payment has to be made! No payment = no orders. What you order, is what you will receive and no changes can be made.

2. Upon purchasing through our PRE-ORDER, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting and charges. The estimated time of wait is approximately 1 month from the opening of the PRE-ORDER then 10-15days for the shipping of the product.

3. We are NOT in control of International holidays, overseas shipping delays, CUSTOMS nor are we able to speed up processing times from overseas. We also has to wait, just as you do. Here also, we have no control over the PO system, special holidays or CUSTOMS and we cannot speed things up faster than they ship. Shipping and handling are of your sole responsibility, not us.

4. All sales are final. Upon making your PRE-ORDER, you are agreeing to all of the above mentioned and stated. You are also stating that you understand all of the above requirements and exclusions.

5. We will be obligated to pay for all orders made to the manufacturer, so because of this, there will be NO Cancellations permitted in our PRE-BUY. You will NOT receive a refund. Please remember refund will only be make if the items is out of stock. But there will be no refunds if the lens are not suitable for your eyes. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.

6. Lenses is a certified brand and approved by FDA, we will not be responsible for anything that happens to your eyes.

7. Buyers have to bear ALL postage fee.

8. Please inform us after payment done.

9. We reserve the rights to extend our pre-order date if we didn’t meet the said Minimum Order Quantity from Geo Medical.

Batch #43 is being offered from NOW until February 25th, 2011. The estimated time of arrival to us is around 25-31st March 2011 (or maybe earlier). Your orders will be processed and shipped after we receive the lens from Korea Manufacturer. This may takes latest 2-3++ weeks after the payment to the Korea Manufacturer. Be prepared to wait up to 3-4 weeks. Please be patient if there happens to be a delay.
